Bloom Dental was founded in 2019 when Dr. Brandt Finney opened the first location in Bloomington, Indiana. From the very beginning, the mission was straightforward: build a practice that delivers advanced, comprehensive dentistry with uncompromising clinical excellence and authentic patient care. What started as one office has thoughtfully grown into a family of 7 state-of-the-art practices serving communities across Indiana.
This growth has been deliberate and values-driven. Our focus is on thorough dental care exams to check your teeth, gums, and overall health. We are equally concerned about your smile as we are about your well-being. At Bloom Dental, dental checkups without insurance are possible with our in-house membership plans.
You can expect a typical new patient hygiene and cleaning appointment to go as follows:
- You will be taken back to the exam room and have any necessary x-rays be taken.
- Then your dental hygienist will perform a teeth cleaning, polish, floss, and fluoride.
- Your doctor will then meet with you to discuss any areas of concern you may have or we may want to address.
- Schedule any necessary dental services and treatments or schedule your next 6-month regular checkup.
Expect this first appointment to take between 1 hour and 1.5 hours, so that we don’t rush you through or provide too much information too quickly for you.
